  We’ve been with Ken Blanton Insurance for almost a year now, and I can’t recommend our agent Kala enough! After a frustrating experience with our previous insurance company that resulted in our policy lapsing (due to their oversight), Kala stepped in and turned everything around. She not only got us coverage immediately but also found us a better rate than we had before. What sets Kala apart is her proactive approach—she’s consistently communicative and checks in ahead of renewals to ensure we’re fully covered and to discuss any updates or changes we might need.   I have a real problem with their customer service. Leanne is nice but I have to absolutely hound her to even get a call returned. In my most recent experience I wanted to make a change to a policy before the next premium was due. I allowed plenty of time for it. I had to call two days in a row to get her on the phone. She promised to call the following day with the needed information. That didn’t happen. I had to pay the premium without the changes I wanted in order to avoid cancellation. That has happened twice now. I’m currently looking for a new agent.

  This is a great insurance office. Especially loved the customer service that Kala Harris offered! She’s so sweet & knew how to meet my insurance needs. Y’all make sure to ask for her!
