  This is the second time we have used Kemper Carpet and both times have been outstanding experiences. Ed at your Gainesville showroom was superb in every respect. Your installation team (Walter and Lillie) was outstanding, super friendly, and very professional. They were amazingly efficient and fast! They completed the job in just under four hours and it looks fantastic! In the Navy we use the term "Bravo Zulu!!" for a job well done. Bravo Zulu Kemper Carpet!!!

  Ed listened and understood what kind of carpet I was looking for and was very quick with some great recommendations. He turn around for the install was incredibly fast and perfectly timed to be done just before my furniture arrived. Couldn’t be happier and will look to them again for my next flooring project.

  Highly HIGHLY recommend Kemper carpet and flooring! They have quality customer service and support. They took time to match flooring I had, spent time in my home making sure I was happy with the quality, and explained the process to me so that I had full confidence in their work. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. They have become my go to for future needs! Thank you!

  Just had our master bedroom recarpeted and it looks beautiful and we are very happy with it. Our salesperson Steve was great and in installers Walter and partner did a great job installing.
