  Haven't done any bussing with this place... There is no email for me to reach out and exposed an employee that show road rage today. As I left route 66 and was on a left lane of route 50 I notice this woman on my right in the middle line and as we approached a red light she was rude and gesturing upset at me, I asked her to explained what her problem was ..she claimed that I cut her off , it doesn't make sense...How do you cut someone from the far left lane specially if she was turning right??? She called me names and flipped me off, when I read the company logo out loud and proceeded to take a picture she change her tune and called me sir.... As if that would erase her behavior If I had a business I wouldn't want this type of people representing me on the street.

  Kemper has a wonderful selection of high quality carpet and flooring. I worked with Stuart in choosing carpet for a stair runner and custom area rug. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Moe did a great job installing the runner. Highly recommend Kemper Carpet.

  We recently used Kemper Carpet to place LVP over top of our existing, outdated, hardwood on our entire main level of our home and half of our basement. The price was reasonable, the ENTIRE staff was amazing to work with and make sure everything was done quickly, professionally and to our complete satisfaction. We couldn't be happier with their service and highly recommend them. We will undoubtedly be a repeat customer if we ever remodel again. You will not be disappointed calling Kemper Carpet for any of your flooring needs.

  William and the team worked with us to turn around new carpet for our 4 bedrooms within a very tight timeline. Really appreciate the great service and even better end result. Carpets look great!

  Hamed Ghiassi (Ed) from Kemper Carpet is a consummate professional. I have used him and Kemper Carpet 4 times over the past 10 years for my flooring needs. We had a house with original hardwood in the dining room/hallway from the 1950s and wanted the kitchen (which was tile) replaced with new hardwood and have it all look uniform. They added new hardwood, sanded, and stained the old and new hardwood and it looked PERFECT. Also added carpeting to several rooms. Ed and Kemper/Piedmont flooring are very responsive no matter the medium -- phone call, email, text -- fair pricing and go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right.
