  We thought the service was fantastic. They came in and took care of everything. They noticed a few rooms padding was still in good condition so even though we ordered and paid for the extra padding they returned the money for that padding. We never would have known but they were very honest and did great work. I recommend them.

  Great experience from start to finish. I first met Michele in the showroom. Michelle is a wealth of knowledge and charisma. She cut to the chase and narrowed down my choices, allowing me to land on a great carpet. Just what I was looking for. Kelly came out later to take measurements. He was on time, pleasant and efficient. He worked with my schedule and sent Jim and Marvin out on the exact day I needed. Jim and Marvin are courteous and professional. Each room looks fantastic. I highly recommend Kelly’s Carpet.

  My entire experience with getting my new LVP flooring has been exceptional from start to finish. The team demonstrated an impressive level of knowledge and professionalism throughout the process. They delivered a top-quality product in a timely manner, and their customer service was outstanding. Every interaction was met with courteousness and attention to detail, and they were more than happy to answer any questions I had. I truly can't recommend them highly enough; this has been an all-around fantastic experience!

  Did our due diligence and got 3 quotes. This was our final one we heard from local Facebook pages and thought we should give them a shot. Well they came In cheaper with better padding and higher quality carpet. Thank you for a job well done. We will use them for the rest of our home. The installers were extremely nice and professional.
