  Very nice cafeteria style restaurant. Very good home style food! Very pleasant staff and great conversation with staff and owner! We will be returning at our first opportunity.

  I have not been lately to eat, used to eat at Kelly's quite often. But today I was charged for 3 Vegs & drink, and another plate of a meat and 2 vegs plus drink almost $26, do you now charge extra for Bread? I don't plan to eat there anymore. That is all little much..
