  Hope there was a 0 star to put for this scam place. They showed us a sample that matched the other area in our living room but installed different material. Promised to partially refund but after reaching out several times and waiting for months they said it was the manufacturer’s fault and they could do nothing. The partnered finance company synchrony Karastan is another scam that made us pay minimum per month and on auto pay. I just realized that they had a promotional period and without letting us know they added over 34 percent interest on the total loan. Avoid this place and never finance with them.

  They did a great job replacing carpet downstairs in our house. Only took a few hours to complete the job. Cleaned up nice. No visible seam. Stairs look great. Tucked nice under trim and thresholds. Our choice was a carpet brand they do not normally sell a lot. The carpet did take a bit longer to come in than we expected. I think that’s just a thing that can happen with suppliers today. We were not in a rush. The price seemed good for the quality of the work and materials. They are a local business that’s been around a while. I recommend checking them out if you are shopping for carpet at national carpet chains or big box stores.
