  We have used Team Pepka numerous times in our real estate transactions. They are an amazing team that goes above and beyond what most realtors do for their clients. They are professional and know their business and get results! I referred them to a friend who had their home for sale on the market for over a year with a different agent and they switched to Team Pepka to handle the transaction and they had their house sold in less than 30 days once they took over. I no longer live in their area to be able to use them but if I did I would not use anyone but them. They are awesome and I highly recommend them for any real estate transactions.   OK, so we’ve known about Team Pepka for a number of years, since the first time we tried to sell our home back in the 2008 recession (we mistakenly chose another realtor, the house never sold — long story), and more recently when Team Pepka sold that same home in 2019. We love the process options Team Pepka offers to sell homes based on the homeowners needs, timeline, and such. And we LOVE how they list homes on a Thursday but won’t accept offers until the following Tuesday to create maximum interest. Team Pepka are highly professional marketers who make your home very desirable to potential buyers. And they’re fun to work with! There were some bumps during the sale process, none of which were the fault of Team Pepka. We had someone steal plants from our backyard — literally pull them out of the ground. Team Pepka found a buyer for our house over list-price — that was a GOOD thing! But we had the contract fail on the day before closing because the buyer wanted us to replace some material in the house that, at the time, was legal according to the Manatee County building code — we said no and they quit the contract. Oh, the buyer would not agree to forfeit their earnest money for quitting the contract per the terms of the sales agreement so we had to hire an attorney and take legal action. We won. Team Pepka put the house back on the market but we had already moved out so we had to find temporary housing while Team Pepka found another buyer, which they did in short order, again over list-price. The deal was done! Ironically Ron Pepka said the he had never encountered the issues we experienced but through it all Team Pepka was professional, patient, helpful, supportive, and willing to laugh with us at weird things that sometime happen when selling a house. When it was all said and done they sold our house for a GREAT price, and we have remained in contact with them ever since. We now live in Virginia but continue to recommend Team Pepka to all of our friends in Bradenton who may be looking to buy or sell a home. And we recount the selling process to all of our friends here in Virginia who are realtors because Team Pepka’s process is fabulous and they would do well to imitate Team Pepka. Rest assured, Team Pepka is who you want if you are buying or selling a home. They’ll get the job done better than anyone else.

  Ron, Cathy and Team Pepka don't meet expectations they EXCEED expectations consistently! On my last sale and purchase of my home, Team Pepka fought the seller to maintain their promises on our behalf!! You can't do better than Team Pepka!!
