  I have been riding Keller for a litttle over a month now. I have beeen picked up from this SAME stop since september 2025. today because its driver is super late he skipped a stop rendering me stranded. I called to speak dispatcher who was very nasty, unprofessional and unapologetic in this mishap. I was giving options at all except indont know what to tell you. THEY ARE THE WORST!

  I was almost ran onto a side walk by one of your drivers on Tuesday July 22,2025 around 4:25. I was on Branch and Alabama Ave SE the bus was in the left turning lane and I was in the right lane to go straight. Instead of the bus being in the right lane it stayed in the left lane and ran the yellow light to get over to go straight. The driver again almost ran me onto the side walk because if he tried to go straight in the turning lane he would’ve hit the car. That was very dangerous and scary for me. I have attached a photo of the bus number and tags. Please train these drivers better.

  I have to hand it to Keller and the drivers today! With no notice from OPM they did what they had to do to get us riders down the road! The drivers came in early unexpectedly and management I’m sure was scrambling to ensure we didn’t have to wait but so long. Thank you very much!
