I’ve been buying and trading firearms at Keith Sporting Goods for years and always appreciated how smooth the process used to be. Unfortunately, things have changed. I drove almost an hour from downtown to trade in a firearm, only to be told that the owner — the only person who can make trade offers — is out of town for several days. I asked if anyone else could give me an estimate, and the answer was simply no. It’s surprising that a business like this doesn’t have anyone else authorized to evaluate trades. It felt like a very basic request, and the lack of a backup plan was disappointing. I left without any help, and honestly felt like long-time customers aren’t much of a priority anymore. I’ve supported this shop for many years, but after this experience, I can’t recommend it. Hopefully they fix their customer service process going forward.

I've bought guns, sold guns and used as an FFL for years. Always walk away happy. The staff and owner are so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend checking Keith's out.

Very busy shop. Very politcal. The help was professional and knowledgeable but but expensive. My husband had a vintage 350 magnum which he sold to them. We looked up the value prior to the sale and felt they could have given him more. Overall, they were okay. I traded my Taurus 22 for a 380. It was a fair sale but we We won't go back.

The worst experience ever, no one greeted us when we walk in. After looking around we hear someone name being called out so I walked over and you have to sign in to be helped, the signs they have saying this are hidden from sight. Keith was very rud and unprofessional. Could not get a straight answer from him. It was a cross between a bad car salesman and a pawn shop. I will never go there again. There are many other shops that will treat you fair and with respect.

Love this place and all the toys they have. They carry what I like and are super respectful of my lack of knowledge and help through the process
