  I deeply regret choosing Keith Monuments for such an important and personal purchase. I paid for a monument and was promised full service, but what I received was far from it. After the payment was made, communication practically stopped. I was left in the dark for weeks with no clear updates, and despite multiple attempts to follow up, I was either ignored or given vague responses. This wasn’t just a casual transaction — it was something meaningful for my family, and the lack of professionalism and accountability was absolutely unacceptable. To not deliver the full service and then fail to take responsibility is incredibly frustrating and hurtful. I would strongly advise others to think twice before working with Keith Monuments. My experience has been nothing but stressful and disappointing.

  Keith Monuments provided our family with excellent customer service. We are very pleased with the design of the headstone and vase. Everything is exactly how we wanted it. It was our pleasure doing business with Keith Monuments.
