  I called Keenan’s as 1 of 4 bids for 2 windows and a 3 panel slider in an 8th floor condo. They showed up on time for our appointment. For all of our appointments actually. Never missed a date or a time. The sales rep, Travis, was very well informed having actually done installs himself for numerous years. Other bidders contacted failed to return calls, show up, show up on time, produce written bids as promised, or, had no idea what they were talking about when presenting their product. Needless to say, I selected Keenans, for a slightly higher priced product. With the promise from Travis that he would be the lead on the install. I haven’t regretted my decision for a minute. The crew knew what they were doing start to finish. In and out in under 8 hours. Cleaned up all of the debris and mess. I was in the unit for the install and never once felt uncomfortable or worried. This crew knew their stuff. I have had no issues, a few years now, and several neighbors have since commented on the quality, wishing they had went with Kennans. I selected a slightly higher priced model but worth it. And you can’t find polite, truly skilled trustworthy contractors any more who take pride in their work, their trade. This company does. (Unit below and over from me took 3 days for a slider install. No windows. Geeze!)

  Never finished the job. Were supposed to return after inspection but failed to show up. Broken appointments means days waiting and nothing happening. This includes the owner who promised he would accompany the workers to finally finish the job. Big disappointment. Look elsewhere.
