  Keefe's provided me with top-notch service!. Benjamin, my service technician, provided me with an excellent tutorial on the generator after it was installed. He covered the basic operation, safety precautions, and routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and filter replacements. He was very patient and professional, always asking if I had any questions to ensure I fully understood how to operate the generator. This was especially important in case of a hurricane, when I might need to change the oil myself if a technician was unavailable. I strongly recommend Keefe's to anyone in the market for a generator.

  I’ve been with Keefe’s for about a year and a half now. I signed on with them to repair issues encountered with a previous company. The difference has been significantly noticeable, completely positive and a refreshing change. Service is always outstanding. The office is responsive and accommodating. The technicians are always professional, knowledgeable, THOROUGH, and helpful. Sam and Desmond stand out as always providing exceptional service. I appreciate their time and attention to detail to ensure things are done right.

  Quick service, professional repair Person. Even though some of the verbiage, I did not understand in his ex explanation; I appreciate that he took the time and the patience to explain everything he was doing. Everything is working well. And they were working on my hot water heater

  I am in disbelief. This company would not submit a bid for a hot water heater project for a disabled bed-ridden individual because a non-profit was paying for the services. It sounds so unbeliveable that there have to be missing details, right? None. I have never heard of such a thing. We gave the homeowner's information for point of contact and to schedule the technician but let them know that we would be paying the bill through a LOCAL non-profit. They informed me that the job would need to be paid for in advance, to which we unusually agreed. I am glad for Keefe's they are as busy as they must be, but to not even bid a job because the homeowner had to get outside help to pay for it, I am just shocked. I think I was somewhat rude over the phone for the first time since college. I just did not even know what to say. Sad. Moved on to their competitors is all I can say.

  My AC unit completely died recently and Keefes was able to come out same day, do a thorough inspection of each and every broken part (shout out Cuong) and documented some things that a previous company claimed to have replaced. Terry was able to come out that same evening to give us the run down on the replacement quote, and we were scheduled to have a brand new unit installed the very next day. Armando and Josh showed up right on time and got to work, and finished up hours before I thought was possible. 10/10
