  KC Carpet Cleaners did an excellent job cleaning all of the carpets in our house, including 7 area rugs and wall to wall carpeting in our basement. We received a text 60 minutes before they arrived and they were promptly on time. They were so quick and efficient and made sure to wear shoe booties and clean up when they were done. We had two dogs for the last 10 years and they were able to get rid of the dog odor in the carpets. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their carpet or upholstery cleaned!

  Anthony and Mike from KC did a fantastic job cleaning our vents! From start to finish, they were punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain the process, showed us before-and-after photos, and made sure everything was spotless before they left. You can really tell they care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. The air in our home feels noticeably fresher, and we're confident our HVAC system is running more efficiently now.   I called KC Carpet and spoke to Kevin about getting my dryer vents cleaned. He was able to get me an appointment the next business day. I received a text message almost immediately about my appointment with subsequent text reminders. I was also notified 30 minutes in advance on when Mike and Anthony were expected to arrive. Mike and Anthony were professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I am happy with the service provided and I would call KC Carpet for future home improvement needs. Thank you!
