  I’ve given KBK Garden Center a few chances now, and each time has been a disappointment. To be honest, the place looks great, but the customer service is consistently rude and dismissive, especially from the woman who seems to be in charge (all attitude and no interest in helping). The loose mulch that I bought from them this year ended up infesting my flowerbeds with dandelions. I have never had this happen when buying loose mulch elsewhere. I gave them a chance to resolve this issue, yet they still refused to offer any sort of credit or take responsibility. Between the poor treatment of customers, the lack of accountability, and the extra work they caused me, I won't be recommending KBK to anyone anytime soon. It has been a disappointment all around.

  I had a great experience last year, so I returned this year. It has been a horrible experience. I bought 2 trees, one of them for $75, and it has died 5 days after purchase. We followed all of the instructions and transferred it from the pot to the ground right after purchasing, watering it daily. I contacted Gage, and he wanted me send the pictures, which I did, and then he stopped responding altogether. I called many times, but no one even cared or tried to address this situation. Be careful of this place and the unresponsive team , and hopefully you won’t waste money like me.

  The topsoil we ordered was just dark dirt replete with many seeds from various weeds. “Soil” was not an accurate description of what we received. Disappointed with the quality of what we paid for.

  won’t ever return. first time customer, specifically came because they had 1/2 off houseplants. when i came to check out, the older woman with white hair screamed (???) at me that alocasias are not houseplants, and that it was only the plants inside the store. i informed her they did indeed come from her “indoor section”, and that there are many other alocasias inside too. i’ve been collecting houseplants, specifically alocasias, for several years. she told the cashier to honor the deal and walked away while mumbling under her breath about me🙄 0/10 beautiful garden center but will never return. she did not treat other employees with respect either.
