- PKPat KomanecFeb 25, 20241.0Ron Kaye (formally JDJ--for sons Josh, David, Joe--Construction) kept asking for money, which we always gave him. He DIDN'T complete our remodeling project. He pretends to be a Christian. He left us with a horribly torn up house. We sued him. Got a judgement against him. Like crooked contractors do, he declared bankruptcy and changed his company name. (We were told that he had hidden money in his son's names and in properties.) Crooked Ron never refunded our money. DO NOT trust this man! ...Per their response, Obviously., this company thinks you all are stupid. Ron Kaye is in the pictures with Kaye Construction. What an immoral , misleading response. ... Smooth talkers. DON'T BELIEVE THEIR COVER UP. They are wolves in Christian garb. Ron Kaye "talks the talk," but doesn't walk the walk. He took our money under false pretenses, and had the gall to ask for more . He left our home in shambles. He declared bankruptcy to avoid paying us the court ordered judgement! CROOK! Check him out...He has a criminal record.

Mr. Kaye, his sons and a dedicated team of hard working men were a pleasure to work with. It was teamwork from start to finish. Joe always had an open and patient ear for our questions. Attention to the smallest detail, a clean and tidy work area and respectful of our time and home. We highly recommend them without any hesitation!

The team wanted to do the job the way we wanted it to be done. If there was something they were not sure how we wanted it they always asked us our preference. - JBJon BentleyApr 26, 20215.0We used the the Kaye Construction team to remodel two bedrooms into a primary bedroom w/ a bathroom addition and a walk-in closet in our 100+ year old Lakewood home. Ron's experience in working on older homes allowed as to discuss some of our different options and price points when talking through the quoting process, and we didn't feel pressured to make a decision. They were flexible with a couple of additions/adjustments to plans during the beginning stages of the process. Josh and the rest of the team did quality work, and they did a really good job matching to the original trim/baseboard in areas that required it. We would definitely look at using the Kaye team again for future projects.
- AAazoonyFeb 22, 20215.0Kaye Construction repaired the water damaged ceilings in my near 100 year old house. The results are spectacular! They look the old plaster ceilings of yesteryear – but they aren’t:-) Crafty they are. Highly recommend them for your project needs.
