  They performed sceptic pump and inspection. Service, timing, cost was all good. They did cause me some hassle by not following the Township process for handling the inspection report and fee. They were listed on the approved servicers but I had to go out of my way to deal with the administrative tasks around getting the report to my township which is not how it's supposed to work. Minus one star for that.

  I can’t say enough about Kauffman septic! Had an emergency and they were able to come out same day! Then needed a plumber which they called for me! They were so polite and helpful!! Will definitely be our go to from now on.

  I was about to go to work, but the gentleman he was a very good kind guy he came out and I asked him a couple questions on Maybe possibly getting a septic lid of concrete haven't met him before, but he was a really great guy. And he did awesome service.

  Having water in basement. Septic tank alarm did not alert us that septic floaters not working. Called Kauffmans, were here less than hour. I having been using Kauffmans Septic Service for over 17 years. Good service Driver was helpful and polite.
