I just switched my auto insurance back to State Farm (from Allstate) today due to constant rate hikes. Let me just say that Cross (isn't that an awesome name) is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! He was very helpful and patient in answering all my questions (there was A LOT) and I love his transparency with regards to different coverages and rates. I'm still in shock over the amount of money I will be saving, literally over half of what I've been paying each month!!!
