  I found the store while shopping at a higher end place near by. I am so glad I stopped in to check Kate Lo out. I can't say enough about Karen's customer service. She was helpful, knowledgeable and funny. We enjoyed our time working with her through the process of selection. She educated us on the types of tile and what would be best for our project. We struggled with color options and she helped us narrow it down with confidence. We visited the store several times and even when we brought the kids, Karen handled them well and was engaging with them. We mixed in tile from a big box and Kate Lo. Great value We found the prices VERY competitive and with the high quality service Karen gave us well worth the time/investment shopping there.

  Hi Kate-Lo Tile employees! What happened to your customer service? It doesn't exist anymore. I was hoping to get your advice on tile selection but all 3 "busy" ladies just ignored me, even though I was the ONLY CUSTOMER. Very strange... On the other hand, Karen at Kate-Lo outlet is WONDERFUL! She knows me by name. I always appreciate your help and advise, Karen!

  My husband and i have worked with them on many projects. They are as knowledgeable and respectful as they come. Wouldn’t work with anyone else in the twin cities.

  Love our tile, looked at several other stores before finding what we were looking for. We had some problems with our order being ready, but we appreciate Kate-Lo made it right.
