  The technician left telling me he needs to order a board to fix a "3 phase" connection. I HAVE ZERO THREE PHASE REQUIREMENTS!! This is a 10/15 year old heat pump. Every tag specifically says 1 phase. If Kasinger technician is uneducated, they will lie and order a part. You better pray! The tech sure is!! Kasinger finally arrived to fix the "three phase" heat pump. Get this: They took a week to replace a single phase condenser fan. A motor I could get over night from multiple sources. I am preparing to go out of my way to post this interaction. As fast as I get the security camera audio separated, I will let EVERYONE see/hear this tech lie to my face! Kasinger should be ashamed of themselves.

  Very reliable service from Kasinger. The guys were well mannered and on time.... would highly recommend this company. Heat / Air replacement..
