House well stopped without warning, and the Karst folks responded immediately. The office contact coordinated with me closely to let me know when the Karst team would arrive. The Karst team was respectful, efficient and explained everything they did to make my well work, and they had the parts needed in hand. Otherwise, I'd have been without water while waiting on part delivery. Solid local company with wonderful employees. This is the second time in the last ten years that they have come to our rescue.
