I had such a wonderful and positive experience here, and I owe that mostly to my bridal consultant, Adrianne. She was the sweetest ever! She helped me in and out of every single dress and made the whole process feel so easy and comfortable. Beyond that, she was such a genuine person to talk to—I felt safe, supported, and validated every step of the way.
If it’s your first time dress shopping, I highly recommend requesting Adrianne as your consultant/stylist. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel fun, calm, and special. I’m so grateful to have met her and to have had her guidance in finding my dress!
Karoza Bridal was the second bridal shop I tried during my dress shopping journey. I had no problem paying the $35 appointment fee, but expected an elevated experience when coming into this appointment. The shop was a little hard to find, but we managed to find it eventually. When I first mentioned my name and the time of my appointment, she seemed kind of shocked or confused that I had an appointment. I'm wondering if they didn't have me down for an appointment, but they did not make it a problem, just gave me a weird look. What attracted me to this bridal shop was a specific dress, but of course I was willing to look at other dresses.
My stylist sent my mom and I off to look at dresses and I have to admit it was pretty hard to look at the dresses as they were all stuffed onto the racks that they were hanging on. While my mom and I searched through the racks, my stylist grabbed a couple of dresses she thought I'd like. I think I picked about 3 or 4 other options in addition to the dress I came for. I think the stylist I got was either fairly new or not decently trained. She did not seem comfortable talking much about the dresses unless it was something negative to say. Once I tried on the dress I came for, I had mentioned something about the color of the lining (whether it could be changed to nude or could only stay white). She said that it wouldn't look good because of the white appliqués popping too much on the nude, unless that was the "look I was going for". My first experience dress shopping was far different from this, I felt beautiful in every dress and at Karoza I felt like I was wasting their time.
Also, I don't think she mentioned the price of any dress (which could be their way of doing things) until after I left and it was all in an email. I think I was emailed twice or three times to see if I was still interested in purchasing the dress.
Overall, it's not that I wouldn't recommend coming here, I just think that this bridal shop wasn't for me. You may have a different experience than I do and I really hope you do! I ended up going back to the first shop I went to and got a similar dress to the one I was looking at!

This was the second bridal shop I went to and I am a second time bride. My stylist Berlynne was really amazing, I am truly thankful for her assistance and kindness. She introduced herself, asked me what I was looking for, looked at my inspo and pulled some dresses. She allowed me to walk around and pull things I liked as well, which I wasn’t allowed to do at the other store….. and I thought that was odd. We took the entire 1.5 hours and I never felt rushed or unheard. We went back to 1 dress a second time and I knew that was the one. Thank you Karoza Bridal, Berlynne, and the girl checking me out (and for giving my son a charger for his phone); you all made my experience very easy and fulfilling. 🤍
