In addition, he walked me thru how to use the gas starter that we have inside the fireplace!! Mr. Mattes is so knowledgeable on all types of fireplaces!! I cannot say enough about the customer service I received today !!! We are very lucky to have such a reputable, family-owned business right here in Madeira, Ohio! There was another occasion that Karl Mattes did work at our home and a gas line needed to be found in our garage wall. He worked tirelessly until it was found.
