Yesterday was the final straw when they “finished” with him his ears were left longer than usual and when we brought it to their attention they said Kelsey wasn’t there to fix it.. Understand that completely. We get him home and I decide to just cut them myself. Under the hair was a burn mark and the fur taken to the skin. I’m guessing from clippers. In my opinion, they left the ears long to cover the burn mark. They also left his tail long and they never do that. They even called while he was there to make sure they understood what we wanted because we had to ask for things short all over after them not doing it time after time. When I was looking up the number to call and talk to someone I noticed multiple reviews having the exact same issue. I called to ask for accountability, and they said they didn’t know what happened but that it was probably from frushing a sensitive spot. We won’t be back, and I can’t say I think anyone else should either.
