My car was totaled in an accident two days before my wife and I were to go on vacation. I thank the Good Lord that no one was injured. State Farm responded immediately, covering a rental car, assessing the damage and providing the necessary valuation of damage and the value of the totaled vehicle, and providing the necessary documentation for payment. Karen Michaels' office personnel were absolutely wonderful! I made several phone calls and stopped in personally to go through all the necessary steps to acquire insurance on the car that I bought to replace the one that was lost, and to get the payment on the value of the lost vehicle. I spoke to several people in Karen's office, including Karen herself, and each one of them provided the information I needed on each of the various issues I had to confront. Aside from Karen, Tammy was very helpful, and Chayna was the angel of first magnitude!!! No matter how many times I hit her with a different issue, she always had the right answer and on a couple of occasions took action herself to ensure that the issue was correctly addressed! I can't say enough positive things about the way Karen's office helped me through this process over the 3 weeks or so it took to get everything resolved. Keep in mind the fact that this was all taking place while I was away on vacation much of the time, so I could not take action as expeditiously as I may have liked. So, thank you, Karen, for the professional manner in which you and your office assistants reponded to my needs. I'm so glad to have been able to interact with them in such a successful manner.
