  Kara Berks in Kearney NE was wonderful. I was paying $1,643 every 6 months for car insurance with another company I had been with 19 years. I just dropped in one day to get a quote and liked the price. Came back to sign up & Kara took care of everything, signed me up, gave me copies of everything, & even called & cancelled my old insurance for me. She saved me over $1,300 for six months. So I also got renters ins & saved over $72 for the year. Unbelievable!! I would definitely highly recommend doing business with Kara!

  I've had car insurance through Kara Berks' office for over 10 years and renter's insurance for 5 years. I've never had a bad experience with her or her office. Kara has been very nice and helpful the handful of times I've talked to her directly. Her office staff have been polite, genuinely friendly, and helpful, as well. I've talked with Austin several times on the phone, and he always has an answer for any questions I ask him. He always sounds happy to help me over the phone too, which is wonderful! I worked with Liz for the first time today to transfer my renter's insurance to a new location, and she was just as amazing as Austin. She was patient while I looked up information she needed from me, and she stayed calm and composed while struggling with internet fluctuations during our call. She also asked me about myself and seemed genuinely interested in my responses. In addition to the top-notch employees, my insurance prices are very affordable. I have very little knowledge of what other companies charge for renter's and auto insurance, but I feel like my insurance rates are lower than what I'd pay with many other insurance agencies. I highly recommend State Farm, and Kara Berks' office especially!

  Just got a phone call from Kara and Liz that my auto insurance is going down by $200 due to the Drive Safe and Save program. What a wonderful surprise! So thanks a bunch to them for suggesting this plan for my husband and myself. Love saving money!!!!

  Liz was so helpful with explaining and breaking down each item to bite size pieces that I could understand. She made the process of switching insurances easy and hassle free.
