Do I need to have previous experience?
No! Beginners can start at any time and we work with you at your ability level to learn the basics and gain practical self-defense skills from day one.
What age do you start classes?
We have an open mat parent-supervised toddler/preschool playtime weekday mornings and our instructor-led classes start at age 3.
How much does it cost?
Our pricing reflects the quality, reliability, and value of the products we offer. While we are not the lowest-cost option on the market, we are also not the most expensive. We aim to remain competitively priced, offering a strong balance between cost and quality to ensure our customers receive the best overall value. We'd be happy to go over pricing based on your age group and class options - just give us a call!
Can my whole family attend class together?
We have a very flexible class schedule with options Monday through Saturday. Classes are separated by age and ability so that every student gets the best experience of learning and enjoyment for their appropriate level of social and physical development.
