Like so many seniors who lost their advantage plans and was experiencing the overwhelming anxiety navigating replacements, I was lucky enough to get a recommendation from my local State Farm office to Kaitlyn Raymond who handles Medicare supplement plans for State Farm. Although she was extremely busy, she returned my call in under 30 minutes and made time to enroll me in the plan of my choice over the phone. She answered and explained all my questions making sure I understood everything correctly. She did not rush the process, was kind and helpful making me feel valued.
