I enjoyed my coffee and the big cookie - I nibbled on that's thing for 2 days! Very good value on that.

Amazing people, very kind, and very respectful. I enjoy being a regular and building a rapport with these hard working employees while also getting great coffee.

I've been a regular for some time. Their coffee is good but the service is very hit-or-miss depending on who's working. In the last few weeks I've been given the wrong order 3 times. this morning I drove off without checking and realized the drink I was handed was only 3/4th full, ice melted and wrong flavor—can't be sure, but suspect that was someone's old drink. Unfortunately I think that just kicked my Kahwa habit.
Today on National Coffee Day they advertised a free small coffee. However, when I arrived, they told me I had to purchase another item to get it. This condition was never mentioned in the ad they sent. Very misleading advertising and disappointing experience.
When I ordered the coffee, the employee never informed me of this requirement — they simply prepared two and then told me to pay. If I had been told in advance, maybe I would have considered buying something, but the way it was handled felt dishonest.
I had passed by this business several times and the place looked excellent, which made me want to stop and give it a try. But with this deceptive promotion and the rude attitude of the person who attended me, I will definitely erase this place from my mind as if it doesn’t exist.
