I don’t think there’s enough room to say how grateful and appreciative I am of this company. Alexa is a blessing to work with, she knows her stuff inside and out and knows how to get things done. I’ve been with several oil companies over the years of being a homeowner, and not once did I ever receive any assistance the way I did with my first phone call with Kaeble Oil. I notified them that I had water leaking from my boiler by the gallon. Mark was sent out within 24hrs to the house (who is also a pleasure to work with). He thought the problem was solved as he fixed a few things (it wasn’t leaking when he left). I went downstairs maybe five minutes after he left and water had started leaking again. I notified Alexa and she had Mark turn around and come back to my house immediately, even though he had another job to go to. He determined that the boiler is cracked somewhere and I need a replacement.
Now, my husband is away on military leave for 6 months and I am home with several young children in the house, so being without heat and hot water was NOT an option. I was stressed out and Kaeble Oil understood that! This company worked hard and made the proper phone calls to be able to get my heating system replaced. When I tell you, I have never felt so supported or looked after by any company I’ve worked with, I mean it. Within two weeks of making my very first phone call, being a brand new customer, I will have a brand new heating system thanks to them.
They have a loyal customer for life and I will recommend them to EVERYONE I know or talk to!

Terrible customer service and poor attitude. They act as if they are the only people who can sell oil. I WILL NEVER DO BUSIENSS WITH THEM their attitude and horrible customer service they do scare tactic up sales and have a major attitude. In response to your damage control response. THE FACT YOU HAVE TO STATE YOU HAD TO CONTACT ME BACK cause your incompetent employee wasn't able to accurately document my payment information says a lot about how you operate. The other major attitude you had was scheduling a simple time frame. CHETS OIL PEOPLE THEY ARE FAST CURTIOUS AND don't have an attitude and they delivered much faster. I DON'T KNOW WHO PROVIDED THE 5 STAR REVIEWS BUT MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WAS FAR FROM IT.

If nobody answers their emergency line, they are listening and they will get back to you as soon as they can. They responded promptly and I am more than happy with their service! I will be recommending Kaeble Oil to my friends and family. Thank you for helping us out when we were in need.
