  I suggest you do not go by the scheduled hours of being open. Dont make the mistake of driving from hours away to spend hundreds of dollars, because they close whenever they feel is best. They Would not answer the door over an hour before closing time but answered the phone and told me that i could not enter the store because the boss has left for the day. I also understand running a small business and having to be the boss plus the service man. But when someone calls at noon and says they will be in, you should stay open. Not tell the customer that " I don't know what to tell you" when you say you just drove 2 hour because you said you were open. Worst service ever!

  I called Jeff at Ktronics a couple weeks ago and expressed my frustration in my cellphone service as well as my Consolidated Communications landline service. We discussed my options and he installed my cellphone boost last week. Being a real estate broker I am in need of being available for my clients all times without interruptions of dropped cell calls. I can't express how happy I am with the boost in my home. I can walk anywhere throughout my house and outside and the calls are all clear. If you have any issues with cell service in your home I highly recommend that you call Jeff. You won't be disappointed.

  Had a booster installed last week and couldn’t be happier. Jeff made it look easy and explained how it works, was very patient and professional. Would recommend without hesitation.

  We had basically no coverage inside our house. These guys put in a cell booster that is good enough to get us LTE in the house. WOW!! Thanks.
