In addition, regardless of the project, K&S NEVER has to hire a sub-contractor. We have the ability to take everything we do from start to finish with just our staff. - RFRuth FellAug 23, 20255.0On 8/22/25 Scott and Cael from K & S Heating came to my home to check out the furnace and AC fan which previously had made a lot of noise. The sound was loud even in my dining room and the fan was in the basement. It sounded like the spin cycle on my washing machine. These workmen did a fabulous job, worked well together, checked the fan speeds, really went over many different combinations of possible problems with the fan, etc. I feel comfortable now and the sound of the fan is much less. They were polite and respectful in my home. I am VERY pleased with the results.
