  I found K&M online and Mike promptly came out the following day to give me a quote on 3 large garage areas full of contractor materials, some furniture, filing cabinets and general junk. His quote was very reasonable compared to 2 other quotes I received. He arrived the following week for 2 days on the days I requested and on time; he and his crew did over and above all expectations! My husband was more than happy with the resulting broom swept garages! I definitely would not hesitate to use K&M in the future. Thanks Mike!

  Great company to work with! Hardworking, efficient, thoughtful, pleasant, polite, trust-worthy, understanding - no negatives. Easy to schedule and communicate with, and the price was less than I was expecting. I hired K & M to do the final cleanout of my parents' home of 53 years - the house I grew up in. It was a difficult chore for me, and the whole crew seemed quite sensitive to that. This wasn't really necessary - I wasn't that fragile - but it was touching and I appreciated their kindness. A nice group of people, and a much more pleasant experience than I was expecting - from start to finish. I give them my highest recommendation.

  K&M completed their 3rd cleanup job for me and as always it was done on time and completely perfect. They remove 2 old sheds for me without one nail being left behind. Excellent work as always.
