  I' have used many movers in the past but im going to be honest here... This company, the guys that moved me inparticular were not just great movers but also great caring human beings. Big shout out to Jake!!! His partner to (which I can't remember his exact name at the moment). These two guys went above and beyond for me and the vibe was there on top of that. I dont think ill ever use another moving company outside of them in the future. These guys are really that good, and took care with all my items. This is what a moving company should be!

  We used this company at the recommendation of my parents, who has used the company a few years prior. John was very quick to provide a quote and set up our move-date. He communicated well prior to the move. The movers came early and were ready to go. We had 4 helpers and 2 big trucks and we moved from a difficult location to navigate to the city. The movers all took excellent care of our belongings and treated both homes with respect. When finished, we paid almost exactly what we were quoted, which was very nice that they are so transparent. After we unboxed everything, we found that we could not locate our grandfather clock key (no fault to them, but to us). I was devastated as this clock was from my deceased Opa and means so much to me. I purchased about 20 keys to try to open the clock, as well as tried to take the door off the hinges. I reached out to the moving company to see, if by any chance, the key was in their truck. After a few weeks, John called and let me know he found the key. Not only did he find the key, but he drove it to my house. My grandfather clock is now working again and I am so grateful. This company was wonderful to work with and if we ever move again we will use them. I recommend to anyone looking to move. Thank you for your care and respect. God bless.

  They moved me last weekend. Super professional and affordable. They also stored my items for me with no hassle. I didn't have to stress about anything. They wrapped everything I asked them to. They were fantastic. My mother will be moving in April and I'm going to have them come back and move her. As someone with chronic pain, I take the stress of moving extremely hard and K&J really helped me in relieving my pain. I am forever grateful.

  We first used them 4/03. They were good. So used again 4/16. I had walked foreman around outside to point out a patio set that was to be loaded. I left them to their job of loading my house assuming they didn't need supervising. Several months later when I moved into another residence the 7 piece aluminum patio set we had for twenty years was absent! I called John to report as well as some damage to custom buffet they promised to cover in storage. John started balking right off. Turns out he runs a business without insurance coverage. I did not get my set back as the new owners of my home were monsters, nor did John's guys ever come to touch up the buffet. I was a wreck do to death in the family yet all I got from this mover was attitude and that everything was my fault cause as he put it "s**t" happens. It did not matter that I was suffering a loss or that I was a repeat customer. So I will never be again.

  BEWARE!!! I have had an heirloom rifle under the couch in my upstairs bedroom for 20 some-odd years and in the frenzy of preparing for the move forgot to move it to a safe place. After the move I realized I did not have the rifle at the new home. When I asked about it John told me his guys knew not to touch firearms and would have asked me to remove it myself. Neither of the guys asked me about it. He dismissed my questions by saying it must have been other visitors to my home. Who would have looked under a couch??? John made no effort to recover (other than ask his employees if they had seen the rifle) or reimburse, although the loss is a family treasure, not monetary. He accepted his employee's story, although the guy I suspected had different versions of the same story. I will never use this company again and will certainly not recommend them to anyone. I heard that there have been numerous theft incidents that John denies.
