- BTBrian Thompson4 days ago5.0Gilbert arrived early (which I appreciated) and cleaned the boiler in order to get ready for winter. I have K & K clean and inspect the boiler every year so that there will be no problems when the temperatures drop. Gilbert worked quickly -- he was finished in under an hour. He added photos to the emailed invoice so I would have a record of this year's inspection. He also mentioned keeping an eye on my mini-splits (K & K installed 4 two years ago) and I appreciated the heads up and what to look for so there are no issues in the future. Thanks Gilbert! An A+ experience!

From quote to installation the entire team was professional and took time to answer any questions that I had. The crew was on time, wore shoe covers inside and cleaned up all materials upon completion. They walked me through using the system as well as maintenance recommendations. The pricing of my unit was fair and I took advantage of their financing as well. I’m a happy customer and highly recommend if you are in the market for a new system.

He did a thorough preventative maintenance check and cleaning of my furnace, he answered all of my questions, and I am 100% satisfied with K&K Heating & Cooling LLC and the work performed today by Mr. Sanchez. I also received a follow-up email from Mr. Sanchez w many photos of the internal components of my furnace as well as all readings and measurements. I highly recommend K&K Heating and Cooling LLC for all HVAC needs.
