  Today was our first time visiting this JYSK location, and we were pleasantly surprised by the customer-oriented attitude of the staff. We would like to thank them for the quick assistance and for providing all the information we needed in such a short time. A special thank you goes to Joshua for his attentiveness, professionalism, and the responsible way he treated us. He was incredibly patient, gave us his full attention, and made sure we felt supported throughout our visit. We also want to thank the young gentleman who kindly helped us load all our items into the car — that was very thoughtful and much appreciated. The only downside of the store is the condition of the road, especially at the entrance to the parking lot. Additionally, the carts were a bit difficult to handle, as one of the wheels kept getting stuck while moving it outside.

  The customer service I received was exceptional. Sheryl went above and beyond ! Joshua, the cashier, helped me out with my purchases without me having to ask. For these reasons, I will not only be a return customer, but will tell others of my positive shopping experience.
