  I had the pleasure of being helped by Niurka today. I came in to do a return that was a bit complicated , but she handled it with patience and professionalism . She was very helpful and made the whole process smooth . Excellent customer service from start to finish . Because of her I will definitely be coming back to the Trenton store.

  I don’t understand people’s obsession with the store. It’s just cheap Chinese made garbage we bought an armchair there. It lasted maybe three months.
