Went into the store today to look at mattresses.  Was met at the front by the store manager Liz.  She was so great !! Asked tons of questions and helped me make a choice that actually worked best for me, no pressure.  And was so fun !! I feel like I made a new friend today.  The rest of the employees were great and I had several people greet and ask me if I needed help!! Was a great atmosphere!! Will definitely be back again

Ordered a bed frame online that said this location had it in stock. They called, they did not actually have it but would order it, should be about 2 weeks. I called 2 weeks later to check…hasn’t come in, sorry no eta. Gave them another two weeks. Called back again, first they couldn’t find the order, then came back and said that the warehouse didn’t send it with the last truck, we don’t know why, it will be another 2 weeks. Called again today…still not in, told another two weeks ( this was speaking to company customer service because the store wouldn’t answer the phone).cancelled the order and asked for a refund. What a joke.
I had a wonderful experience when is was in the prince George store. The staff were very pleasant kind. One particular Pearson stood out as an awesome kind knowledgeable person and that was  Elizabeth, she was very helpful and even suggested a few thing I never thought would go with what I was looking for.  So hats off to all the wonderful staff especially Elizabeth for making my day a better day.

The JYSK Colleagues working in the Prince George are amazing! Anyone that I've interacted is helpful, attentive and demonstrates integrity. They're all professionals, and I trust they will get the recognition of which they are so deserving. A big shout out to the team: John, Liz, Andrew, Jackie, Chelsea, Eric and Olivia. I realize I am forgetting someone.

Liz the store manager is the best!!! There was a mixup with my recent purchase of a canopy bedframe for my daughter, and because of a miscommunication I didnt realize i had to purchase the canopy separately. I also didnt realize my daughter was so active on Google reviews and to my horror  had left a strongly worded negative review. Upon seeing it, Liz contacted me and immediately asked how she could make it right.  I really appreciate her customer service and she really went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Thanks to Liz and everyone else at jysk you guys are awesome.
