  Incredibly friendly staff, was acknowledged by everyone and multiple people asked if I needed help. Alyssa was super helpful especially and knowledgeable. Would recommend!

  I was in on Saturday, August 30. I was shopping for a desk for my office. All of the staff were absolutely wonderful. They helped me will all of my questions, asked if I needed help finding anything. One lady helped me find a rolling cart, another asked if I was finding everything ok. When I got ready to go to the till, Kim at the register asked if I had found all I was looking for and I said I wanted to purchase a specific desk. She called the guys in the warehouse to see if it was in stock, it was not. I asked if another desk was in stock. She check and said yes and asked the guys to put it aside for me. I mentioned it was for my office and she asked if I was a B2B customer and I said no. She called her manager, Alyssa, to explain the program and I signed up in just a few minutes. The gentlemen in the warehouse were very helpful as well with making sure that my purchase was ready for me and put in my vehicle gently so it wouldn’t shift. Also, offered extra suggestions for more stability. I will be shopping there again. Excellent customer service Jysk PA!! Keep up the great work!!
