The absolute worst online interface and impossible to get anyone of competence on the phone. Can't edit the cart, can't change the shipping location. And the 888 number? hung up on, disconnected, then put on hold. Low prices for sure, but if they can't make a sale, whats the use? IKEA this IS NOT
I purchased a sofa from Jysk and had trouble with the assembly, I called and they not only went through the instructions but sent me pictures to ensure I was able to see how it worked! The patience and friendly service was very much appreciated :)

Disappointed to visit the store on 13th June around 7:00 in the evening. The cashier(male) was not helpful at all and displayed an insensitive approach to my questions. He was rude, arrogant and had a disgusted look on his face. Terrible to experience such an interaction. I could clearly spot the difference in client engagement when I visited the adjoining Home Sense store.

My understanding is the Pitt Meadows location is closing, which I find disappointing, it appears to be a busy store.
I was shopping there a couple weeks ago, I had an unfortunate return, Kim the Manager assisted me & John in the warehouse also assisted, couldn't have asked for a better outcome. The staff working the cashiers were all so friendly.
Sad to see that a business that seems to be thriving is closing.
I bought some JUNK from here years ago..left a 1-Star review, but it looks like the review is gone long ago, sadly. So i better update my real GOOGLE review information. How does any JYSK store have a 4.3++ rating? Fake 5-Star reviews...thats how. So sad.
You have been warned...expect junk, like lots of the other 1 star reviewers have also posted.
