  Great store. Rob was very helpful with our purchase. Very knowledgable about the products. We were looking to purchase two items, one item was not in stock. Rob contacted another JYSK store that had the color we were looking for and had the item held for us. Very pleasant to deal with. We went to the loading dock to pick up our item and there was no waiting to get loaded up. Very pleasant as well.

  I had a really positive experience at JYSK. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made sure to check in to see if we needed any assistance without being pushy. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here. A special mention goes to Stacey, who went above and beyond to make our visit smooth and enjoyable. She was extremely pleasant, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. Stacey patiently answered all of our questions, guided us through different options, and even assisted in locating the exact products we were looking for. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out and made a big difference in our shopping experience. Overall, great service, helpful staff, and an excellent impression of JYSK.
