  I really hate that I have to leave a 1 star review here because I do like the store, and everyone I've been helped by there was great, especially Logan and Amy were great. Unfortunately JYSK has decided that profits matter more than people and have begun to use AI-generated images on some on their christmas decorative throw pillows. They didn't even make an effort to make the Muskeg and Francs pillows look not like its AI. I can't see myself ever coming back based on the principle of never replacing real artists and real art with stupid AI slop. Unless JYSK as a company makes a public apology and agrees to fight AI images and donate to a charity for real artists affected by AI, I will do my business elsewhere.

  I recently went shopping last week after a particularly tough day at work, and honestly, it was quite overwhelming to try and find what I needed when I was so exhausted and uncertain about what I was even searching for. Kealy came over to help me and was a breath of fresh air. Her kindness not only made my shopping so much more enjoyable but also brightened my entire day. I truly loved her and I know I will definitely be back.

  Explained what I was looking for. Dinning room chairs. I missed the sale by a day. I was told the price could be honoured for one day. But when they didn’t have enough chairs in stock and I asked if I could pick up from another store if I pay today. Yes I could do that and the other store had the chairs in stock but they couldn’t guarantee the price. I didn’t find the staff helpful and the process of buying chairs seemed difficult when it shouldn’t be. It’s ok I went to another store and spent my money elsewhere.

  I had such a great experience with Amy at JSYK! I was totally overwhelmed trying to choose a mattress for my new place, but she walked me through every option and helped me find the perfect one. She’s so kind, patient, and knowledgeable! I highly recommend asking her for help!
