  My wife and I have had an awful week between restaurants and stores for customer service. We were referred to the south store to buy our product. Madhu.C advised us that they were sold out. She proceeded to contact another store and verify they had the product in stock. She was busy but at no time did she look or act frustrated with helping us. She was pleasant and professional and we wish there were more people like her in customer service. We feel she went above and beyond. We went to the other store and happily purchased a lot of the product we were looking for. Thank you Madhu.C for making our day!

  Applied here and was told would receive an answer if i got the job within two weeks the guy told me he had 4 positions 16 interviews why even bring that amount of candidates in seems very unprofessional to me and then to assure me i would receive an answer within 2 weeks and my application is still "in review" after almost a month extremely unprofessional not to mention bringing in triple the amount of candidates to positions dont think thats exactly normal I have taken the liberty of withdrawing my application. I just figured i would warn prospective Job seekers and prevent them from wasting their time and applying here

  The whole team was so so helpful! I live out of town and they helped me arrange a pickup for my items in my hometown while still being able to keep the price I saw in Edmonton. Never had a better store experience 😁

  I went in to the store on Aug 13 and was immediately greeting by friendly and helpful staff who directed me to the products I wanted. Specifically Neil helped me out with all of my product questions. He was patient, had lots of knowledge about the products and looked up any information that he was unsure of and asked me questions about the items I wanted. He gave me a list of items varying in price range and did not try to upsell me on anything, he simply found the right products I was looking for. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Neil even tolerated my terrible jokes and helped me pack everything to my car. Thank you to Neil G. and the customer service team at Jysk Edmonton South. You guys did great.
