Went into the store without the receipt (was unable to find it) and spoke to Dave. He was very helpful, kind, and assured me he could help and that we didn't have to return the already built dresser. . After a few minutes, he returned with replacement knobs. Love this store and the staff. Always pleasant and extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Jackie (Jaquie?) and her team were amazing in providing clear communication every step of the way from the time my order was picked up by their store right to when the delivery company was 20 minutes away. This was the first time I had experienced the local delivery and would highly recommend them and the exceptional customer service Jackie provided at Jysk Duncan.
