  Purchased 4 dining chairs that were listed for $79.00 on the floor. 1. When the item was scanned, it came up as $99 but they honored the $79 price on every chair 2. I actually asked for the wrong color and didn't realize until we got them home - when I called and explained the situation they were so accommodating and made the entire process a breeze. Everyone was super helpful, friendly and I was so pleased with our service today.

  I was shopping at the store in Campbell river both Brad the manager and Carrie were amazing to deal with, awesome customer service. Would absolutely go back and will pass on the good service review to everyone I know!!

  Was there for almost 45 minutes and was ignored the whole time. Watched multiple people be ignored by the manager, including a couple who wanted to purchase a large outdoor set. My first actual interaction with someone was at the till where I had to wait for an employee from the back even though the manager was right there.
