  Can't say enough great things about this Jysk!! Staff is friendly and helpful, and the management team go above and beyond for customer satisfaction, which is why I've shopped here for years and have recommended it to friends and family. I recently benefited from their price protection policy and it was a no-hassle situation. The managers did not hesitate to help me at all. Thank you Jysk Barrie for the best customer service!

  Went and purchased a outdoor umbrella on a Tuesday, asked for a specific colour informed it was on the truck to be unloaded we could have it Friday. Paid for the purchase went back Friday was told by the Manager (very rudely )that they truck would be unloaded after 11:00 AM wait for a call. NO CALL FRIDAY NO CALL SATURDAY! Went back on Sunday we were treated very rudely by another assistant manager basically WE DON'T KNOW WHERE THE PRODUCT IS ON THE TRUCK TOO BAD! Got my money back and left. I really don't understand how this place stays in business.

  I’ve been to this location multiple times and have had great customer service from all the staff here! Specifically, Wes was great as he helped with a price match for an item I bought a month ago but had lost the receipt. Overall, very accommodating!
