  I purchased an outdoor patio set. When I went to assemble I found there was a missing welded bracket. I went to the store and the staff was extremely helpful. I had misplaced my receipt but they made the effort to locate their copy. After this they provided me a new piece. This avoided returning the entire set. The employee was very helpful in resolving this without returning the set. Great Customer service is what makes a difference in any business.

  Can't say enough great things about this Jysk!! Staff is friendly and helpful, and the management team go above and beyond for customer satisfaction, which is why I've shopped here for years and have recommended it to friends and family. I recently benefited from their price protection policy and it was a no-hassle situation. The managers did not hesitate to help me at all. Thank you Jysk Barrie for the best customer service!
