Was I in a panic? YES. But Julia immediately calmed me down, gave clear step-by-step instructions (with screenshots), & was far more available than I ever could have hoped. I’d been putting this tax stuff off for months and it was making me sick. They had me sorted out within a few days & it was so easy that I feel kind of dumb for not finding them sooner. The most surprising part was when it turned out to be simpler than expected, she actually lowered the fee! That kind of honesty is very rare, and it's exactly the type of integrity I want for someone who manages money for my business. I certainly lucked out finding them and can't believe that I am even writing this, but i am kind of looking fwd to doing my quarterly taxes in a few months Thank you guys, seriously, you really made my life so much easier!
