  I contacted Justin in July just checking on car insurance rates l would need in November. He asked if he could keep on touch, and come October, he contacted me to see if he could give me a quote. His quote was lower than anyone else's, and I was so glad he kept in touch with me over those months! He was very courteous, very kind, and didn't assume just because I'm old that I don't know how to do things electronically! I would highly recommend Justin to anyone who is looking for insurance!

  Advice and warning to avoid Justin Vander lest and this State Farm Agency. Justin Vander lest will scream and yell violently at you if he becomes irritated. The clients he serves are only numbers to him. "Everyday I cancel 50 customers or more because they are late," (Justin Vander lest). Without any resolve to assist a 100% disabled veteran. This man Justin Vander lest will become your favorite when he thinks it's Okay to angrily and violently scream at his clients, especially veterans. Now I know there are other State Farms that are in Rockford that might not scream violently at you and disrespect military veterans. Please if you are a military or municipality worker in need of insurance avoid this man Justin Vanderl est the (Screaming Angry Insurance Agent). Warning to all State Farm clients and State Farm Corporate. JUSTIN Vander LEST will literally scream violently at you if he becomes irritated! And in the end of the conversation is all any could ever say about his professionalism is Yikes!!

  I've been with State Farm for over 5 years. Justin and his team have helped me out tremendously with adulting. Anything from my house insurance to my car insurance and anything in between. Special shoutout to Sara for putting up with me and all my nonsense

  Poor communication, took it upon themselves to cancel my policy with no communication or consent. So, they put me at risk not having coverage.
