- BSBrian StockwellAug 24, 20251.0Had my homeowner’s policy since 2001 through Steve Campanella, who was great, and never filed a claim. I had a new roof put on in 2021. In 2024 Ragor Insurance said an insurance survey showed I need a new roof or my policy would be cancelled. I supplied a copy of the roofer invoice to Matt and requested another survey, as it is obvious I have a new roof. I never heard back from anyone and was dropped. Incompetent and unprofessional.
