My wife has had a policy through this office for over a year now and has had zero issues. When her window cracked, it was paid for completely under her plan with no increase to her premium. I try to go and ask about a claim there was an agent with his pets I told him to control his pet but he didn’t and the dog was kind of jumping on me he was just looking that was crazy
