- JZJason Zeone4 days ago1.0Check your bills. They seem to have a shady billing practice. On the treatment case I have they gave us. It shows a visit would be $782 total with us owing $274 after insurance. They ended up charging us $302.13. Ok, not too far off, maybe insurance paid a little less than they were told before. But then I got the statement from the insurance company. It shows they billed insurance $1,118 and insurance paid $935.47 (insurance paid more than what they said the total would be initially). Insurance statement says we owed $182.53 after insurance paid their part. Again, they charged us $302.13. So between insurance paying $935.47 and us paying $302.13 they got $1,237.60. So they got $455.60 more than what they told us the original total was going to be and $119.60 more than they even billed the insurance company.

They take their time, explain what’s happening in a calm way, and make her feel comfortable every visit — which means the world to me as a parent. The office is clean, bright, and welcoming, and I really appreciate the extra touches like snacks and little prizes for the kids. It turns what could be a stressful experience into something she actually looks forward to. I can’t recommend them enough — they truly go above and beyond for children and families! 💕

My son (6) is scared to go to the dentist and has never let others get X-rays and he did it today with no problems! He said “this place is 11 out of 10”. 😅☺️ My daughter (2) just had her first ever dentist appt today and she did great as well. The staff was amazing and did so well with the kids. It was a nice touch to have the tv’s with a Disney movie playing as well as the play/color area in the waiting room. As a parent, it gave me so much peace of mind and my only regret is not coming here sooner! Overall, great experience and thankful for a great pediatric dentist office to be able to take my kids to! 😊🤍🦷🪥
